Third Millennium Insurance offers a variety of insurance products, but one of their lines of business is insuring companies who provide non-emergency medical transport. They cover both drivers and vehicles. So when a new client is setting up their policy, they need to provide a large amount of information on a schedule for both vehicles and drivers. Some companies will need to put in only five or 10 vehicles/drivers, other companies might need to put in hundreds.
To avoid having a super-long form for the smaller companies, we created “nested forms” for both drivers and vehicles that allow the user to add as many instances of vehicles or drivers as they need.
